WIthdrawal

No contract is concluded through this website. These instructions apply to consumers for contracts subsequently concluded at a distance (e-mail, telephone, video call) or off-premises. They are based on the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and Decreto-Lei n.º 24/2014 as implemented under the law of Portugal.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me,

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, I shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which I am informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. I will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay me an amount which is in proportion to the services already provided, up to the time you inform me of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, compared with the full coverage of the contract.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires early in the case of a service contract if I have fully performed the service and only began performing it after you gave your express consent and simultaneously acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal once the contract had been fully performed by me.

Note: If you wish the companionship to begin within the withdrawal period, I will obtain your express consent in text form beforehand.
