Follow the inner wisdom

I don’t believe in the one single answer from outside.
Not in a ten-point-plan.
I believe that all answers are already within each of us.
If we want to hear them, we have to pause and listen to our inner wisdom.

Words do have a strong impact:

They can uplift, delight and encourage us, but also hurt, confuse and unsettle us.

Therefore I do my best to choose words carefully, mindfully, responsibly and for clarity: for the benefit of all.

Whatever words set in motion should serve clarity and the positive.
I experience myself as a bridge for the words.

Exit Gaslighting” was my first book. As a coach specialized in toxic relationships, I came to encounter the same pattern in the coachings again and again. And I knew it already from my own past relationship experiences.

The same mechanisms, the same sequences were visible.
My experiences and training in psychology helped me to form a clear, neutral model of the phenomenon.

I had to write this book, simply to put a tool in the hands of those affected.

A book dedicated to clarity: It helps people break free from such constellations, to set clear boundaries and guides people back towards trusting themselves and their very own perceptions again.

Currently only available in German.

“Laluna and the Grumble-Bee” just poured out of my heart from the source of love for my nieces.
It was when my niece was about to start school, when this inspiration showed.

This book carries so much encouragement and empowerment for children – the younger and older ones.
A heart-warming children’s book that encourages children to listen to their inner voice, set healthy boundaries, and to share and protect their joy and love.

More details about the messages of this book and Exit Gaslighting you can find on the author’s site.

Who is Kristina Peters | personally?

The short answer is – multifaceted.

Prayers, meditation and mantras are my true home – this is where I feel connected with God, whom I owe everything. So yes, I am a child of God. We all are.

Mantras and meditation can also be included as tools into a coaching.

Yoga is also important for me. Despite all that, I do not consider myself a ‘better person’. I’m very grounded and just a normal human being as you are. With flaws and shadows – like everyone has.

Humor and a lighthearted attitude:
It is so very important not to take oneself too seriously! As you can see above – I can unicorn!
Although values like respect, meeting at eye level, and loyalty are super important to me, I do think it’s as important not to take oneself too serious sometimes. Let’s laugh!

The ocean is the love of my life. I’m so grateful to live here. Swimming, snorkeling and diving, I feel a deep connection with the ocean, mother earth and myself.

Beside my receptive-sensitive side, that also enables me to grasp, what’s going on in people, I love to work with my hands actively and “just do it”.
May it be gardening and harvesting vegetables, carpentry of a table, fixing a roof, cement working or changing the crankshaft sensor of my car. Most things, I just do myself. I’m as well practical.

The journey of my life also led me to a Buddhist monastery (Sri Lanka) and an Indonesian Ashram.
There I gained access to the power of Sanskrit in Mantras and several Meditation Techniques.
If requested, I’m happy to incorporate that in the coachings and pass them further.
